Healing Mind
How can you heal your mind and your emotions? Is thinking positive thoughts enough? You know it is not. So what can you do? Keep reading.
The subconscious mind controls all of your body’s automatic responses such as breathing, heart beating, digestion and elimination. It also contains all of the habits you have developed. More importantly, it contains all of the programming you received before you were six years old.
Before the age of six, your subconscious mind was open and received any programming done by your parents, other family members and early teachers. That early programming is now running your life. The conscious mind is not able to overcome the subconscious mind.
It is possible to access the subconscious mind. I have some suggestions on ways of healing the mind and the emotions. I also discuss the Toxic Three R’s, or negative thought patterns we all experience. Do you let resistance, resentment or revenge control your life? When you release some of these negative programs, your life will improve.
All of these suggestions have worked for me. You may find some of these methods benefit you. Remember, all healing starts inside and moves outward.
